Tried everything possible (orientation/calibration, re-level, drift, added external GPS antenna). I sure hope they can look into the issues multiple AHRS 2.0 users have been reporting. Basically if the GPS track and P-alt has been steady for the last 5 seconds then we're probably not in a 60 degree bank and 40deg pitch like mine shows.

I think the code needs to use some basic AI logic that resets the level automatically if the GPS track and P-alt has been steady for X number of seconds and the AHRS is outside of 5-10deg's pitch/bank. The new 2.0 version just doesn't seem to know where level is while it's moving. From what I've been reading online it seems that the original AHRS 1.0 with the older firmware is mostly rock solid. My co-workers Stratux does the same thing even after getting a second AHRS 2.0 directly from CrewDog. As soon as I start taxiing it gets slow and choppy and the bank and pitch gets weird again. And I noticed that while moving in flight the refresh rate is super slow at about 1 frame per second but a few seconds after clearing the runway and coming to a complete stop the AHRS suddenly switches to a non twitchy super fast refresh rate. What makes me think the acceleration part of the code is at fault is that it will show 60deg's of bank and 40deg's pitch in flight but as soon as I land and come to a complete stop the AHRS will magically return to within 10deg's bank and pitch (basically level). When I reset the drift then select level in flight within a few seconds its on its way to some wild bank and pitch. But as soon as the GPS lat/long starts moving and the speed increases in a real aircraft the AHRS starts to immediately drift badly.

When it's not moving its rock solid and stays level and works great in all axis while moving it around by hand. I think there is something wrong with the code when it works with acceleration. My original one usually only drifted to about 30deg in flight.

And YES the orientation was set correctly (all axis work fine testing by hand).

The new one was continuously drifting up to 60deg no matter how warmed up it was and how many times I reset the drift and level. I put the original AHRS 2.0 back in my unit. Is it working great in a moving airplane or at home? I just bought one off of Amazon while they were in stock and it's noticeably worse than the one that came from CrewDog.
